Payment
Crypto: after you click “Continue to payment” you're sent to a secure checkout page where you pick any of 100+ coins (LTC, BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL…). The order is confirmed automatically once the network confirms the transaction. Discord: choose “Order on Discord”, a private ticket opens and our staff arranges payment with you.
Delivery
As soon as your payment is confirmed, our Discord bot opens a private delivery ticket for you. Items are given by in-game trade to the username you entered; accounts are handed over privately in the ticket; game currency is delivered using the method shown on the product (trade, mail, auction house…). Most orders are completed within minutes.

How fast is delivery?
Most orders are delivered within minutes after payment. Every listing shows its expected delivery time. Delivery is done by real people, so late at night it can take a little longer.
Is it safe?
Yes. Every order is handled by our staff in a private Discord ticket, we re-check stock before you pay, and if we can't deliver you get a full refund. We never ask for your game password.
I paid but my order still says “awaiting payment”.
Crypto payments need a few network confirmations — the order page updates automatically. If it takes longer than an hour, open an “Order help” ticket on Discord with your order code.
Do you offer refunds?
If we can't deliver, you get a full refund. Wrong amounts are refunded or completed. Once an item is traded to you or an account is handed over and confirmed working, the sale is final.
What if I sent the wrong amount?
Your order will show “Partially paid”. Open an “Order help” ticket with your order code — we'll complete the order once the rest arrives or refund the difference.
How do account purchases work?
After payment you get the login details privately in your Discord ticket. Log in, change the password and email right away, and confirm everything works. We help you secure it.
Where do I find my order code?
It looks like GM-XXXXXXXX and is shown on your order page right after checkout. Keep the page link — it's your receipt.
How are game currency prices set?
Prices follow the live market. We track the cheapest established suppliers with 1,000+ completed sales and refresh prices several times a day, so you always pay a fair market price.
Can I sell my items to you?
Yes! Use the “Sell to us” form to send your stock list and prices. We reply on Discord with an offer and pay out in crypto.
Which coins can I pay with?
