Terms & refunds
By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. What you buy
We sell virtual in-game items, game accounts and in-game currency. Items are delivered by in-game trade to the username you provide, accounts are handed over privately in a Discord ticket, and currency is delivered using the method shown on the product page.
2. Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Crypto payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; an order counts as paid only after the provider confirms the full amount. Discord orders are paid in the ticket using a method agreed with staff. Unpaid orders expire after 24 hours.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the time shown on the listing after payment is confirmed. You must be reachable on the Discord username you entered and, for trades, be available in the game. If we can't reach you for 7 days after payment, contact us to arrange delivery or a refund.
4. Refunds
If we can't deliver your order, you get a full refund. Underpaid or overpaid crypto is refunded or completed. Refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency (minus network fees) or via the method used on Discord. Once an item has been traded to you or account access has been handed over and confirmed working, the sale is final.
5. Accounts
After receiving an account, change its password and recovery email immediately. We are not responsible for losses after handover caused by sharing the account or not securing it.
6. Game rules
We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or any game publisher. Trading or selling items, accounts and currency may be against some games' terms of service. You purchase at your own discretion and risk.
7. Fraud
Chargebacks, fake payment proofs or abuse lead to cancellation without delivery and a permanent ban.
8. Privacy
We store only what we need to deliver your order: your Discord username, in-game name, optional email and order details. We do not sell your data.
